Squad Training for all National Squads starts at 11am sharp. 

All Squad members should ensure their KUGB licences are up-to-date. 

 Referees and Judges should arrive at 11.15 for an 11.30 briefing. 

 The Grand Slam starts at 1.00pm.

 Spectators £5 (children under 5 are free).

Please note:  

• During all jiyu Kumite events it is compulsory for females aged 12 years and over to wear a chest guard. Females under 12 may wear a chest guard at the discretion of their parent/guardian.
• During all jiyu Kumite events it is compulsory for males aged 12 years and over to wear a groin guard. Males under 12 may wear a groin guard at the discretion of their parent/guardian.
